Founded by Alex Dowling and Floyd Mitton, we have delivered AI projects for some of Sydney's foremost businesses across construction, accounting, healthcare, and financial services. We work as an embedded team: mapping the highest-value opportunities, building the software, and training your people to run it.
As the driving force behind Whitecrow, Alex saw firsthand the bottlenecks facing small businesses while juggling part time jobs in construction, accounting and healthcare. Renowned among those that know him for his tireless work ethic, Alex taught himself to code while working and juggling a full university courseload before partnering with Floyd to launch Whitecrow. Alex demands the very best from his team, and has since delivered projects for some of Sydney's foremost businesses across a variety of industries. In the limited time Alex spends outside of Whitecrow, he can often be found in the gym or obsessing over new developments in the software industry.
Recognised as a deeply strategic and analytical thinker among his peers, Floyd was a natural fit to Co-Found Whitecrow. As a Space Engineering student at the University of Sydney, and having spent time working at a top local asset management firm, Floyd brings a unique blend of industry insight and technical granularity to Whitecrow, identifying issues before they arise and ensuring projects deliver to the highest standard. Floyd's multi-dimensional thinking has been key to Whitecrow's growth, helping business owners navigate the strategy behind implementing AI to grow their business. Outside of Whitecrow, Floyd is an avid surfer and known for his niche music taste.
As the Technical Lead at Whitecrow, Tenzin brings a wealth of expertise in custom model training, data orchestration and the most recent developments in agentic protocols. Tenzin is a lifelong learner with a storied resume, from the national stage of competitive debating to quantum computing research, Tenzin's output is inherently multi-faceted and has seen him work directly alongside Alex and Floyd to grow the business. Tenzin's obsession with technology has been key to Whitecrow's position in the industry as remaining on the very forefront of AI development with every new model or framework released. Outside of Whitecrow, Tenzin can be found designing PCB electronics or ideating about the next big technology that will captivate the world.
As a top student studying Machine Learning and Law at the University of New South Wales, Will brings a formidable combination of technical skills and the compliance background necessary to implement custom systems at scale. Will has been a powerful force at Whitecrow since the beginning, both as a strategic advisor and more recently heading up the development of several key projects. Will's commitment to Whitecrow has been a key driver of growth since the beginning and consistently brings an unparalleled technical depth to the projects he leads. In his free time Will stays busy researching frontier model performance and golfing.
