We already use ChatGPT and Copilot. Why would we need you?

Off-the-shelf AI tools make individuals faster at drafting and research, but they cannot see your systems, so they cannot automate your processes. The step-change comes from connecting AI to your actual data and workflows - quotes drafted from your price book, documents posted into your accounting platform, answers from your own job history. That is engineering work, and it is what we do.

Can you work with our existing software and systems?

Yes - that is usually the whole point. We integrate with the systems you already run (CRMs, job management, accounting platforms, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and most modern SaaS tools) rather than asking you to replace them. Where a system has no API, we find another reliable way in.

Do you only do AI, or software development too?

Both. AI automation usually needs real software engineering around it - integrations, dashboards, review workflows - and some problems are best solved with custom software, no AI required. Our software development team builds web platforms, MVPs and data pipelines alongside the AI work.

What does the full process look like?

Discovery (understand the process, capture baseline numbers, agree metrics), then build (short cycles with something visible every week or two), then deployment with your team trained on it, then support (monitoring, refinement, and identifying the next opportunity). Who owns the intellectual property?

No. We use enterprise API agreements with AI providers under which your data is not retained or used for model training. It is returned or destroyed at your direction, and we confirm in writing. Because you own the systems and the IP, the working software and its data stay with you - ending an engagement ends our access, not your capability.
